If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of completion of Services, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, and copyrights, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
